Tracky is a brand mention tracking and monitoring platform. The Service monitors publicly available content across social media, news, blogs, forums, and review sites, and provides AI-powered analysis including sentiment classification, importance scoring, trend detection, and competitive intelligence.
You must provide a valid email address and accurate information to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. One free trial is permitted per person or organization.
Tracky offers a 7-day free trial with access to Pro-tier features. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe, your account will be paused. Your data is retained for 30 days after the trial ends.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Current prices are listed on the Pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' prior notice. Plan upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing for the remainder of the current period. Plan downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues through the end of the paid period.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. When you cancel, you retain access to the Service through the end of your current billing cycle. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact support for a potential account credit.
You may not use Tracky to harass, stalk, or monitor individuals for malicious purposes. You may not attempt to access other users' data or accounts. You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without written permission. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
Tracky monitors publicly available content only. We do not access private accounts, direct messages, protected posts, or content behind authentication walls. Content from third-party platforms is presented as-is and is not claimed as owned by Tracky.
Tracky and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tracky and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service (brand names, keywords, settings). Mention data sourced from public platforms is provided as-is for informational purposes.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party platform outages, API changes, or network issues beyond our control.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Tracky is not liable for business decisions made based on data provided by the Service, missed mentions due to platform restrictions or rate limits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time via your account Settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 7 days.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
